Medium Wave Industrial Infrared Panels

The versatile, high intensity INFRATUBE medium wave quartz heat panels are designed for a wide range of high speed liquid coating, adhesive drying, and powder curing. They cure from the inside out and promote fast drying or pre-gel, excellent adhesion, and superior surface appearance. They are compatible with most substrates and easy to install and control.

Constructed of 18 gauge, aluminized steel with polished stainless steel reflectors, the fixtures can be used on open frames or integrated into oven enclosures such as those below. The insulated fixtures can also be used as exterior oven walls.

PreHeat/PreGel Ovens
Infratech now offers fully assembled PreHeat/PreGel Ovens complete with control systems. These ovens are preassembled and wired to a central junction box mounted on a stand for fast and easy installation. Available with product openings ranging from 12” to 90”, individual sections are 4 feet long and multiple units can be assembled together for longer ovens. Infratech PreHeat/PreGel Ovens feature the renowned Infratube Industrial Heat Panels shown above. Electric infrared curing offers the fastest cure times, generally improves finish quality and adhesion; and, infrared curing works well with virtually all air dry and heat cured coatings including primers, alkyds, enamels, stains, adhesives, top coats, and powder. UL Listed industrial controls are available for precise heat output regulation and process control. Many different controls are available; including state of the art digital solid state and analog controls with single zone, multiple zones, timers, and non-contact infrared thermocouples.
